Founded by Florin Tene, a former professional goalkeeper and coach, the academy was born from a personal mission: to provide young talents with the dedicated coaching, tailored training, and professional environment he lacked at the start of his career. With top-tier training locations in Bucharest North and Snagov, the program focuses on physical and mental preparation, ensuring a clear path to performance.
